Purchase a bunch of fruits and vegetables. Red bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, celery, brocolli are all good choices and easy to pack. Also bring a fruit to school everyday. I find apples to be the easiest. They’re cheap and convenient. Oranges, kiwis, plums, peaches, bananas, and pears also make a good snack. It’s a good idea to have some protein as well. You could buy some low fat cheese strings, or pack some lunch meat with you. A handful of almonds or any other nut is also a good source. Low carb diets aren’t the best though. Your body needs carbs, they’re one of our primary sources of energy. Buy some cheerios or your favourite cereal and pack a handful with you. Maybe buy 0% milk fat yogurt to get some calcium and vitamin D. Make sure to drink plenty of water! hope that helps:)!
