The major job sites are probably your best bet: www.monster.com www.hotjobs.com www.careerbuilder.com There recently has been several social networking job sites that have launched that I also would recommend: www.linkedin.com www.jobster.com Specifically for fashion design jobs, my wife was in the fashion industry when we lived in NYC.
