What are legitimate/fundable “flex Services?
Flex services are for instructional classes or non-instructional services. Flex services are for enrolled ABE or ESOL students only. Here are some examples: Volunteer component, Homeless Program, Educational Counseling, direct transitional services, EDP or ADP programs, tech literacy. A tech literacy class is a supplement to the existing ABE or ESOL program and is integrated into the curriculum. It is not a software-training program.
