What are MSTM’s credentials, licenses and affiliations?
Since its inception in 1995, MSTM has been licensed as a private vocational school by the Hawaii State Department of Education, and approved by the Hawaii Board of Massage Therapy. We are a member of the American Massage Therapists Association Council of Schools and of the International Massage Association. We are an approved school in Oregon and Washington State. We are authorized by the INS to issue I-20 forms to international students who qualify for M1 student visas. Our curriculum meets all requirements for entrance to the National Certification Examination, considered the highest professional credential in our field, a requirement for licensing in many states, and for membership in the American Massage Therapy Association. Our graduates have close to 100% success rate on both state and national examinations. MSTM has graduated hundreds of successful LMT’s.
