• Seizures. Some patients get seizures while taking Bupropion Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets, USP (SR). If you have a seizure while taking Bupropion Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets, USP (SR), stop taking the tablets and call your doctor right away. Do not take Bupropion Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets, USP (SR) again if you have a seizure. • Hypertension (high blood pressure). Some patients get high blood pressure, sometimes severe, while taking Bupropion Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets, USP (SR).
