There are no specific recommendations for cleanup. It would seem reasonable to treat any cloth/tissue used for cleanup as medical waste and dispose of it in a biohazard container. ACIP does have recommendations regarding completion of the vaccine series. The dose should NOT be repeated. You should document what happened and that the dose was administered.
