Here are some of the signs of Menopause

 

  • Hot flashes, flushes, night sweats and/or cold flashes, clammy feeling 
  • Bouts of rapid heartbeat
  • Irritability
  • Mood swings, sudden tears.
  • Trouble sleeping 
  • Irregular periods
  • Loss of libido (sex drive).
  • Dry vagina (results in painful intercourse)
  • Difficulty concentrating, disorientation, & mental confusion. 
  • Anxiety, feeling ill at ease.
