WHat are some christian prayers i can say before i go to bed?
Here’s a good “guide” to prayer. It’s an acronym: ACTS. Adoration- Praise God for His mercy and love, for being your creator and saviour. Remember, Jesus suffered and died for us sinners, and promises to make us whole. This is really amazing. We have such a loving God. Confession- Ask God for forgiveness and to help you to avoid sin. “If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” (I John 1:8-9) Thanksgiving- Thank God for His gifts and blessings. For everyday things like food, to special things that have happened in your life. Supplication- Pray for your needs and the needs of others, such as your parents. Pray that they will come to know God and have faith. You can pray to God conversationally, and talk to Him. Listen to Him, feel His presence around you, and respond to it.
