What are some effective and inexpensive ways to reward employees and boost morale?
Individual recognition often goes a long way. We have a variety of individual goals awarded at different intervals (like Employee of the Year, Employee of the Month, and Collector of the Year) and achievements recognized monthly (like “Above and Beyond”, “REGI” or reduce expenses and generate income for company ideas and suggestions). We also have a reserved parking space awarded to an individual employee for a job well-done. Although, probably the most inexpensive and effective means is to pay commission.
