What are some good guided meditation CDs for anxiety?
You don’t need to spend money on expensive guided meditation CDs. Just follow this: Sit in any position that’s comfortable for you. Listen to a soothing nature CD. Just listen to the sounds as you sit. Do this by starting off with 5 to 10 minutes per day. Increase by 5 minutes every 1 to 2 weeks, until you’re doing this for at least 30 minutes each day. This is meditation. To keep track of time, you might want to use an alarm clock. Don’t think about the alarm clock while you meditate, just sit and relax. If sitting on the floor is uncomfortable, use a straight back chair. For best results, meditate in loose clothes or nude.
