What are some good reasons a teenager should get/have a cell phone?
There are many pros to teenagers having a cell phone. Both of my teenagers have one. * They can call when they’re in a jam * You can call them when you can’t locate them or if you need something * When something unexpected happens (change of plan), it is very convenient to just call them or they call you – no time (or gas) wasted My daughter (15 years old) went to a party one night with a close friend of hers. They’ve known each other for a long time. The friend is in a rebellious stage and was drinking. My daughter didn’t want to be around this so she was stuck at this party but because she didn’t drink, she and her friend got into an argument. My daughter was asked to leave the party and she was outside, in the middle of the night, scared out of her mind and hiding behind a car in someone else’s driveway. She called me right away, crying and I was so glad that she had a cellphone. The only thing I do not like about cellphones is that the cell becomes sooo important to these kids. The
