Firstly, basically “ever” cearel you’ll ever find will be low in fat. Cearels, are just naturally like that, some tend to be high in sugars and carbohydrates thoe. If you’re talking about granola, it tends to be higer in fat’s – but there healthy. I’v heard the following are some of the best out there. – Total – Cherrios – Kashi – Optimum – And more (just make sure there under 9g of sugar and more than 3g of fiber!- I personally love cherrios, and raisin bran) On- The- Go- Snack Ideas: – Fruit: Apple, Orange, Banana, chopped fruit, 1/4 cup dried fruit, etc … – Granola bars: Ex: Fiber one, all bran, special K, Nature Valley, etc … – Hummus & Flatbread – Veggies & Dip – 100 calorie snack packages – Homemade Trail mix: 1/4 cup dried fruit, 1/4 cup nuts, 3/4 cup dry cearels – Crackers & 1- 2oZ cheese/ 2 tbsp light cream cheese – 4 slices lean deli meat & veggies: turkey, chicken, ham, roast beef, etc… – Juice box/ 1% milk – Sugar free pudding/ lowfat: Or rice pudding – Lowfat yoghurt
