The Civic Innovation Lab provides mentoring and funding of up to $30,000 for ideas that can improve the Greater Cleveland economy. The Cleveland SBA Office has loan and grant information, free online training and legal information. SCORE is dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation,growth and success of small businesses. It provides free business advice and counseling. The City’s Office of Equal Opportunity certifies small businesses to bid on City contracts and provides development and technical support for target businesses. The Urban League provides a one-stop business information portal and hands-on education throughout the entire lifecycle of a small business.
