What are some of Barack Obamas leadership qualities?
Ever notice how few mistakes Obama’s staff have made in public? Only one that I am aware of — a staff member called HRC a witch or something like that, and was promptly terminated. Hillary has had to terminate something like 14 members of her staff for similar issues, and has kept some on despite making racist, or demeaning remarks to the media about her opponent. This is a HUGE leadership issue. The presidency is largely an administrative position, and Obama has shown the abililty to inspire a common set of values among his staff, and to control and direct their efforts. His staff is also inspired and energized — watch them when the appear on the news or other media. Hillary’s staff look discouraged, and fearful — she has demonstrated a tendency to be VERY heavy handed and intolerant with her staff. These are extremely undesirable traits in a leader.
