What are some other jobs LIKE administrative assistant?
As an Inuit Dog-sled Musher, moving to Tucson, Arizona, I have had the same experience when asking a serious question about finding a job using my skills there, with the ‘Trollers’ all coming out of the woodwork and proffering their all-knowing answer directing me to nil-knowing, nil-utile websites. There are, by the way, Executive Secretary, positions but these often require such extra education/experience as Human Resources or some knowledge of the legal system and/or Law as pertaining to the inner workings of the business. Sorry about the first part of my answer it just irks me to see the Trolls race to ‘the rescue’ when they don’t even know what a genuine ‘life-saver’ looks like.
Jobs that may have similar duties as the administrative assistant includes ‘executive secretary’ or ‘executive assistant’, ‘data entry operator/specialist’ (not sure that many positions have that exact title though), ‘bookkeeping, accounting and auditing clerks’ or such.
