What are some physical traits of Polish people?
I am of Polish descent, and like most nationalities and ethnicities of Europe, it think physical traits can vary depending on the region your ancestory derives from and also their own backgrounds. For instance, I am very blonde and blue eyed and have been asked by a majority of people if I was born in Poland. However, I also know some fellow Polish pals who have dark hair and dark eyes. One must also keep in mind that there is much Russian ancestory that filtered through Poland during the second world war. Regardless of this factors, I believe that the Polish people are usually above average height and have roundish shaped heads. I’ve also been told that I have the infamous Polish “chipmunk cheeks.
