What are some really good alcoholic beverages that are non-carbonated or very lightly carbonated?

I like a large shot of Licor 43 with a few ice cubes. It's a sweet vanilla flavored liqueuer and is non-carbonated. Others that are good are sours....amaretto, whiskey, apricot, blackberry. White Russians are one of my faves, as is a Grasshopper if you like creamy drinks.  more
