It doesn’t have to be leadership in the workplace, but we oftentimes will find excellent leadership examples in the community, in the university — and also at work. Q: How do you determine an applicant’s “fit” with the B-school? Gore: I think that’s a great question, because fit is very important here. As Kristine has said, coming to visit Tuck is a great way to get a sense of that. I came up here on a snowy day in the middle of exams in December, and several students went out of their way to talk to me.
