What are some sweet and healthy snacks you can make quickly when your child returns home from school?
Egg is a very healthy for growing children. You can prepare various recipes with Egg like scramble egg, omlet with onions, carrots, cheese and sauce, home-made french fries, french toast, or someother snacks like ragi podrige, fried bread with a home-made dip or condensed milk, cut fruits (make sure you cut fruits of different colors and make the salad colorful) with cream or condensed milk or custard or jelly, kheer with whole milk and nuts, toasted bread with a topping of rabri, carrot/beet halwa, macaroni with a mushroom and cheese topping.
