What are some ways to natualy induce labour?
I feel for you & I know what you’re going through. I was 11 days overdue with my 1st son Daegan, so they induced me and it was a horrible experience. I didn’t want to go through that with my 2nd child, so I had 2 midwives & had my son at home in the water. I was also overdue – 9 days & was afraid I’d have to be induced again, so we tried some natural ways. Yes – one of those ways many swear by is sex or physical activity – but I did both and was even up dancing all night on my due date yet no baby. I think what really helped was Evening Primrose Oil capsules. I took them orally as well as inserted them vaginally. There are many sites with info on it – some for & some against. She called it “scissor fingers” -that is using the index & middle finger in a cutting motion back & forth to stretch the cerv
