In an effort to protect all swimmers from Water Born Illnesses (WBI) the Health Department requires that children who are not potty-trained wear reusable swim diapers. Wearing two swim diapers with tight elastic around the waist and legs will contain a solid accident in the swimming pool and protect everyone from WBI.
