What are Team Leader responsibilities?
• Attending a team leader orientation party prior to the festival • Communicating festival information with your team of volunteers via phone and email • Managing your volunteer team both days of the festival • Being on-site for the full festival — both days • Enthusiasm for spreading good vibes! What do Volunteers do? During the Event, volunteers will work shorter shifts on Saturday or Sunday. Depending on how much time you can commit to the Festival, your job will vary throughout the weekend to cover the areas wherever support people are needed most. What are the requirements of volunteers? • All volunteers must be 18 years or older (or 10-17 years old with an adult). Adults should submit registration prior to registering the accompanying minor. • Each Festival Volunteer will complete (1) shift, typically six-to-eight hours in length.
