What are the acceptable forms of identification for alcohol service?
A driver’s license from any state or Canada provided it includes a picture of the licensee; An Arizona identifications card issued by the Motor Vehicle Division; An armed forces identification card; A valid passport or border crossing identification card issued by a government A Voter card issued by the government of Mexico which contains a photograph of the person and date of birth. **Please note that the Military ID Common Access Cards (CAC) can only be accepted if “Active Duty” is listed on the card. All other CAC cards are not adequate identification and a supplementary acceptable form of id will be required. An expired card is considered INVALID and should not be accepted.
