What are the additional elements of the OpenJDK Charter? Where can I read it?

The OpenJDK Charter is posted at http://openjdk.java.net/legal/chartera. It is a legal document that turns over the governance of the OpenJDK Community to the GB. In addition, the Charter: • Describes the makeup of the GB, and the bootstrap process going from an appointed Interim GB to an elected GB. • Assigns the task of constructing and ratifying the OpenJDK Constitution to the Interim GB, and outlines the general shape of the Constitution. • Establishes the GB as the final arbiter of conflict and interpreter of the OpenJDK Constitution. • Describes the procedural processes and timelines for insuring that the Interim GB completes its assigned role. • Provides for an amendment process for the Charter itself.
