the advantages and disadvantages of monarchy include fast dicision making and con plete power. the monarch or head of state has to go into govfor themto confirm it they can make snap shot deciscions that can not always thought out properly equaling consiquenses. Some times 1 single head of state can be benificial but also not if a monarch is nice and gives what ever they want their son or doughter might not have the same idea. Some times there decision are benificial cause they have shap shop decisions which can also be good.
