What are the advantages and disadvantages of trading SHN files?
Like MP3 files, they can be sent over the Internet, so you have no postage to pay and less trouble with bad traders. Unlike MP3 though, once you’ve downloaded an SHN file, you have a nice CD-quality recording which you can freely trade. However, SHN files are much bigger than MP3 files, so you will have to spend a long time downloading them! Usually only people with broadband (very fast) Internet connections trade them.
