What are the advantages of a synthetic wig?
Synthetic wigs are, by far, the easiest wigs to wear. Shorter styles often feature the ability to just “shake and go.” Taken out of their box and given a fluffing shake, they are ready to go. Longer styles similarly only need a small amount of combing and finger-styling. A synthetic wig’s fibers have “memory,” which means they retain their curl and volume even after proper washing (see proper care instructions below and remember to not use hot water). They will return to their out-of-the-box shape. A good-quality synthetic wig can last 6-8 months.
