If you work for a bank or law firm you will find heaps of advantages in Bahamas. Bahamas is one of the favorite tax heavens for offshore companies. From the local legislation (with regards to investment vehicles like trusts and foundations) they have heaps of advantages: they are a hybrid jurisdictions (Anglo Saxon law, but acceptance of civil law too). The Bahamanians trusts count with the so called "fraudulent disposition" which friezes the assets under the trust after 2 years of settlement. Bank accounts for long term investments are also a good deal in the Bahamas due to the non appliance of tax for non residents.
