What are the benefits of bedliners?
As far as I’m aware, there are three main benefits of bedliners. These are:
- Protection – a good bedliner will protect your truck bed from superficial damage. They guard well against scratches and abrasions.
- Waterproofing – a bedliner also creates a waterproof seal which can help to reduce things like corrosion and rush, particularly if your vehicle is regularly exposed to wet weather.
- Improved traction – bedliners increase traction which can help significantly when driving in wet or icy conditions
- More secure cargo – by improving grip and traction, bedliners help to keep the cargo in your truck more secure.
