What are the benefits of Energy Star® certification?
All of the homes at Daybreak are built to be Energy Star® certified. That means they all have upgraded windows, roofs, doors, and insulation for increased energy efficiency and comfort. They also have more efficient heating and cooling systems. At the completion of the community, that will equate to an approximate reduction of 55,495 metric tons of carbon dioxide greenhouse gas equivalent annually — like taking 20,000 cars off the road each year!
