What are the benefits of outdoor photography compared to studio portraits like Sears or JcPennys?
Both have their benefits. It depends on your preferences. Studio Portraits offer controlled lighting and weather unlike outdoor portraiture and tend to be a lot more inexpensive. However, outdoor photography has been appreciated for the natural effects and beauty, rather than the controlled atmosphere. You can do so much more outdoors than a studio will allow. Outdoor portraiture takes away the seriousness of things and allows you to have fun. Unlike Studio work, a child doesn’t have to sit down for a portrait. He/she is free to run around and the photographer is given freedom to capture that natural attitude and beauty about that child/person.
