What are the benefits of working here?
Sheri: A creative work environment. Bob: We have an interesting culture here at the company and we have a lot of unique personalities. Everyone inside these walls has a vision and a passion to excel. They believe in the brand, Troy, the way TLD is going, and our race program. We’re really proud of the fact that we won the Supermoto championship, and had it been a championship the first year then we’d be in our second year of a championship. It’s a pretty major accomplishment. We’re really proud of our sponsors and we’re pushing the needle on safety and the look for Supermoto. TLD makes watches, gear, casual wear, has helmet paint jobs, and helmets. What avenue are you going to attack next? Bob: We don’t have a boot and we don’t have a goggle. We don’t have the resources to design our own boot right now. We’re really close with Alpinestars and we try to affiliate in every racing arrangement.
