What are the best allergy tablets for prickly heat?
I would say benadryl. I suffer from prickly heat on holiday and the best thing I have used to this day is benadryl skin allergy relief cream. I used this and almost instantly the rash has calmed down and that awful itching stops. Its also great if you suffer from dermatitis and excema. You can buy it in Boots etc and most pharmacies.Usually you would think an oral antihistamine is the best but this stuff is powerful and really does work, you can cake it on as you get quite a lot in a tube. http://www.superliving.co.
