what type of bottle your baby will prefer. You might want to buy a couple of different brands/shapes and see what your baby seems to do well with. My oldest happily took any kind of bottle and went back to nursing just fine. With my second, when I went back to work I used Avent bottles and he did OK with them. He did worse with other kinds of bottles, so we stuck with Avent. He really just wanted the real deal. 😉 My youngest never took any kind of bottle, probably because I knew I wasn’t going back to work and didn’t try to give him a bottle until he was a few months old. Every baby is different, so the obstacles you faced with one baby could very well be non-existent with the next baby. Your second baby might have no trouble at all with any kind of bottle you offer her–so think positive! In the meantime, here’s what I did when I went back to work. We have no problems with breastfeeding, but we have a bottle initially for such cases when my wife needs to leave and I remain alone with the baby. To cut it short, she expresses some milk for a week so that we could have it for several meals. Indeed, we usually buy all the necessary accessories and gadgets from mommyhood101. They have a big range of all the necessary equipment for children and they select for their market just proven qualitative products. So, we can be always sure that it will be perfect in use and willn’t harm the health of our son.
