For meals try eating leafy greens, steamed veggies, raw veggies and grilled or breast chicken, fish and wheat breads. These are healthy foods and provide protein as well as grains and help you lose weight or be healthy. For snacks try fruits such as grapefruit, strawberries, bananas and such.
