Given that drug laws vary from country to country, and drugs that may require a prescription in one country may not in another, I’m not sure you’ll be able to find a pharmacy that can truly be considered international. Even drugstore.com requires users to signup with a third-party repackaging service, which I’m sure absolves them of any responsibility if goods can’t be delivered to a given country. Just to give you one example, some types of birth control that are available over the counter in my country are prescription-only in the US – a fact my girlfriend and I found out the hard way the last time we travelled.
