What are the best proactive steps to take to avoid Paypal freezing your merchant account?
This happened to me once and it was a horror story for sure. I had hundreds of K get stuck in my paypal account. I had to ring through for 50 hours to resolve this. I mapped out every customer service rep, their names, titles positions. I gave all documentation and more to get them to release the money. Best prep is the following: 1. Upgrade to the best account you can on paypal. 2. Ramp up the money flow into the account smoothly!! This is the hardest part. 3. Have constant revenue coming into the account. 1million suddenly going in doesnt help. 4. Get as many verified transactions going through there as possible. 5. Get friendly with people that work at paypal so you can call people if you get stuck. 6. Get invited to the paypal pro accounts by way of usage. 7. Fill in all the information including the optional information in the account info. 8. Have backup numbers for everything inside there that go through to channels that you answer. 9.
