Non holiday non-cancellations or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged a $50.00 fee. Please be sure to notify us if your plans change and you will not need boarding. Christmas and Thanksgiving cancellations need to be received five days in advance of the scheduled date. This will allow us to fill the space with another deserving pet.
