You do not have to acquire a minimum number of CEUs in your first year of registration. You must acquire at least 15 CEUs between July 1, 2009 and May 31, 2011. Note that this “free” year only applies to new registrants, not to reinstating pharmacists or pharmacists going from associate status to clinical pharmacist status.
