Effective February 1, 2005 the Carrier Line Assessment increased from $3.35 to $3.95 per single-line and from $3.35 to $3.95 for multi-line and LEC provided PRI is now $0. All other Carrier Line Assessments and Carrier Line Charges will remain the same.
