Eligible individuals pay only 35 percent of COBRA (Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act) premium for health insurance coverage. Premium reduction applies to coverage beginning on or after Feb. 17, 2009, and lasts for up to nine months, with income limits.
