In the case of a revoked Commercial Vehicle Inspection Certificate, the vehicle may be declared Out of Service during a roadside inspection by an enforcement officer, and the carrier and driver may be issued a violation ticket, could be directed to have an inspection, appear in court or have the vehicle impounded.
