The program includes: three curriculum tracks focused on: 1) big picture policy issues; 2) use of data and analytics in program improvement: and 3) leadership development. The curriculum is delivered through in-person meetings, state site-visits, technical assistance related to the practicum, and individualized leadership coaching.
