There really is no cost to an Agent. The only “cost” is that 5% GCI of the referral fee will be sent to NARREIA. In other words, when you have a 30% referral fee from one of your Client’s purchases, 30% will go to your broker and 5% more will go to NARREIA via NARREIA’s broker (the Advisor will keep 65% of the gross commission, or GCI).
