What are the current reinstatement fees?
The fees are determined by the length of time the license has expired and whether the license is going to be reinstated on an “active” or an “inactive” status. If your license expired 1 year ago or less, the reinstatement fee would be $450 dollars. If it expired 2 to 3 years ago, the fee is $600 dollars. If expired longer than 3 years ago, you must re-apply for your license. Please add $50 dollars to these fees if you wish to activate your license upon reinstatement. Also check for CE requirements.
