What are the daily rates for parking garages nearby the National Mall in Washington DC?
Parking can be expensive. I’d park at Union Station (not cheap – about $12 or so for the whole day, but reliable & you can do some shopping or check the restaurants there which can make it worth your while). It’s on the red line which is convenient to get to other places (in your case take the red line to metro center & transfer onto theblue line to get to the mall (smithsonian exit). There are cheaper places to park, but the lots tend to fill up during the week for commuters.
