What are the deadlines for submission of Proposals and how are the files submitted?
Deadlines for submission of the Executive Summaries and the Proposals, for BIRD Projects are published on our web site 3-4 months prior to these dates. Submission of all the documents is done exclusively by uploading it to BIRDs upload site. On the deadline dates, the upload-site is closed for further submissions.
