What are the deadlines to be an Instructor Candidate and complete the process?
Once the application fee of $75 is paid, the applicant has 6 months to submit a complete application. A complete application includes having been a course assistant and both skills and classroom teaching testimonials. There is no reason why someone must wait until after paying to get their course assistant experience. Once the paperwork is complete and they are officially an IC, they have 1 year to complete their candidacy by successfully teaching a course (with mentor).
