We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. A deposit equal to 50% of your stay is required to make a reservation. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather and health), your deposit will be refunded less a booking fee equal to the greater of $30.00 or 4% of the deposit if you cancel your rental property reservation at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. Three days prior for motel reservations or fourteen days on special event or holidays for motel reservations. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date only if we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you.
