ATV and Motocross helmets pretty much all have the chin guard on the helmet. Also, most offroading helmets won’t have a flip-down type visor, but rather just a non-movable (snap-on/off) beak for protection from the sun, and a face opening large enough to accommodate standard off road goggles. Some also offer neck protection, or at least the snap-on points for them. Many motorcycle helmets do have the chin guard, but the visor opening would not easily allow for goggles if they do. The visor is usually a flip-up/down type that is close to air tight to help keep out the much higher velocity wind you would encounter on the road. Some will have variable air vents because of this almost air-tight seal. Other types of motorcycle helmets have no chin guard, or visor and are called open face helmets.
